Fabertec M0 Models:
For all models of the Fabertec M0 series, we provide a 12-MONTH WARRANTY that covers parts, labor, and the expertise of our friendly UK-based engineers. This warranty ensures that you receive full support and assistance on your premises for any warranty-related issues.
Fabertec M1 & M2 Models:
The warranty for both the Fabertec M1 1325 and M2 1325 models extends for 24 months from the date of purchase. During this period, you will have access to our UK-based engineers for support and technical assistance.
If you wish to extend the warranty beyond the standard 24-month period, you have the option to do so for an additional 3 years. The cost for the warranty extension is £1,800 + VAT. Please note that to maintain the validity of the extended warranty, an annual inspection is required.
To ensure your machine's optimal performance and longevity, we strongly recommend scheduling a maintenance visit after the initial 12 months of use. This maintenance visit, priced at £600 + travel time (£80 per hour), is essential to secure a second-year warranty for both the Fabertec M1 and M2 models.
Fiber Laser Models: FL2, FL3, FL4:
Our fiber laser models, including the FL2, FL3, and FL4, come with comprehensive 24-MONTH PARTS AND LABOR WARRANTY. This warranty includes the support of our friendly UK engineers, ensuring that you receive prompt assistance when needed.
For added peace of mind, you have the option to extend the warranty for up to 5 years. This extension provides continued coverage for parts and labor, ensuring your investment remains protected.
To maintain the optimal performance and reliability of your fiber laser machine, it is mandatory to schedule maintenance visits every 6 months. During these visits, our expert technicians will conduct thorough check-ups, including laser head inspections, servo evaluations, alignment and squareness adjustments, automatic height adjustment checks, greasing point lubrication, chiller maintenance, and more. The cost for each maintenance visit is £600 plus travel time + VAT.
