M2 NEST is designed for busy firms that need to process a high volume of boards per day ideal for kitchen and cabinet manufacturers where cutting 60–100 boards daily is standard.

Built as a 12-meter production line, it allows a single operator to run the entire system—eliminating the need for costly extra labour.

If your company produces similar products, cabinetry, or handles repetitive orders, M2 NEST is the perfect solution. You can save 20–30 design files directly on the controller and, at a moment’s notice, cut base cabinets, benches, or dressers that you produce regularly. There’s no need to generate new G-code files each time.

No extra storage space is required in your workshop. Simply order a pallet of boards, load them onto the scissor lift table, and cut only what you need for the day. The table raises in sections, allowing compatibility with any forklift for easy loading.

Delivery

Due to the machine size can only be delivered by a Hiab lorry, which will incur an extra charge depending on mileage.

Warranty

  • 24 Months on-site parts and labour warranty included. Obligatory maintenance is required after the first 12 months to keep the second-year warranty at £600 + travel time (£80/h) + Fuel surcharge (£0.90/m).
  • To extend the 3-year warranty for £2,200 + VAT (M1 1325 Model) only available with first purchase and subject to mandatory service performed 12 and 24 months after the initial purchase of the machine.
