Not every Fabertec CNC ends up in a joinery workshop, and this installation in Liverpool is another good example of that.

Working across electrical, fire and security systems, the team handles a variety of specialist projects and installations. They’ve now invested in a Fabertec M2 1530 CNC Centre Router, giving them their own CNC machining capability in the workshop.

With a 1500 × 3000mm working area, the M2 gives them plenty of room for sheet materials and custom components required across different projects. Having CNC capability in-house also gives the team more control when a job calls for bespoke parts rather than standard off-the-shelf solutions.

It’s always interesting for us to see where our CNC machines end up. From furniture and interiors to engineering and specialist industries like this, the applications continue to grow.
