Not just a new CNC, a complete Fabertec workshop package for this Glasgow installation.
The setup includes our M2 2030 CNC Centre Router, E1 Edgebander and BrevitAir WoodPro 15kW Air Compressor, giving the team the key machinery to handle more of their panel production and finishing under one roof.
The M2 2030 takes care of cutting and machining the panels directly from file, with its 2000 × 3000mm working area providing plenty of room for larger boards. Once the panels are machined, the E1 Edgebander takes over the edging process, including premilling before the edge is applied for a clean, consistent finish.
Completing the package is the WoodPro 15kW Air Compressor, providing a dedicated compressed-air supply for the workshop and its machinery.
Rather than buying individual machines at different stages, they’ve invested in a setup where the CNC, edgebander and air system work alongside each other from day one, from machining the board through to the finished edge.
