The workshop in Essex behind a range of bespoke furniture and interior joinery projects has taken another step towards a complete in-house production setup with the addition of a Fabertec E2 Mini Edgebander.
This isn't their first Fabertec machine. They already run a Fabertec M2 2030 CNC Router alongside a WoodPro Air Compressor, and the arrival of the E2 Mini now brings the finishing stage under the same roof. It's a natural next step for a business producing custom furniture, fitted interiors, and made-to-measure joinery components.
Once panels are cut and machined on the CNC, the E2 Mini allows edging to be applied quickly and consistently, giving components the finished look expected in high-quality furniture and interior projects. Having the CNC router, compressor, and edgebander working together means less reliance on external suppliers and greater control over the entire manufacturing process.
It's always good to see workshops grow their setup step by step, and this latest addition completes another important part of the production process.
