Fabertec installs our first CNC machine in Ireland - a major milestone reached on June 5th, 2025. This marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter for us as we expand beyond the UK. The first installation took place at Royal Kitchen, a family-run bespoke joinery workshop in Dublin. Led by Richard Doyle (or Richie, as everyone calls him), their team specialises in custom kitchens, wardrobes, furniture, and more. With the Fabertec M2 2030 CNC Router and E1 Edgebander now on their floor, they’re fully equipped to take their production to the next level.
After months of back-and-forth since MACH and the Materials & Finishes Show 2024, one question kept coming in:
“Do you supply to Ireland?”
The answer is now clear: YES, WE DO. It took time, planning, and effort, but we made it happen.

The Machines That Made It Happen
The M2 2030 CNC Router is a beast for any serious joinery business. With its large bed size, heavy-duty frame, and industrial-grade vacuum system, it’s built to handle everything from large cabinet sides to detailed furniture components. It’s fast, precise, and made for high-output workshops. Paired with the E1 Edgebander, it’s a perfect combo for producing clean, professional furniture in-house, no more outsourcing or waiting around.
On the Ground in Dublin
Our engineering team, along with Charles, flew over to Dublin to handle the full installation and training. Within hours of setting up, Richie and his team were already cutting and assembling their first base cabinet using the Fabertec setup. That’s how quick it is to get started.
But what made the day even better? The visit from 8 more Irish joiners, curious to see the machines in action, and even a couple of young future engineers who came by just to experience it for themselves. Watching people engage, learn, and get excited about manufacturing again… that’s what it’s all about.
From the first inquiry to the final cut, this installation marked more than just another delivery; it marked Fabertec’s first official step into Ireland. We’re proud of this milestone, but even more proud to have shared it with a company like Royal Kitchen.
