Conveyor manufacturing is a little different from the usual joinery work we often see our CNC routers used for. This installation takes the Fabertec M2 1325 into a Norfolk workshop specialising in conveyor systems and equipment for food processing and manufacturing environments.

The customer also chose to add a 3-year extended warranty to their new CNC router. Our M2 routers come with a 2-year warranty as standard, but customers can now choose extended warranty cover for up to 5 years when ordering their machine. It gives businesses the option of having additional long-term cover if they need it.

For their type of manufacturing work, the M2 1325 provides a flexible way to machine panels, profiles and custom components in-house. Its 1300 × 2500mm working area, strong vacuum hold-down and rigid machine structure make it suitable for both individual parts and repeat production where consistent sizing is important.

It’s another good example of how our CNC routers are being used well beyond traditional furniture and joinery workshops.
