The FABERTEC FLT2  Fiber Tube Laser Cutter is built for businesses that demand precision, reliability, and future-ready capability in their tube processing operations. Designed to cut mild steel tubes with wall thicknesses up to 15mm, this machine is perfectly suited for a wide range of fabrication needs, from lightweight structural frames to thicker industrial pipework. It supports tube lengths between 6 and 7.2 meters, handling round pipes as well as square profiles such as 25x25mm and 40x40mm with ease. Outfitted with high-precision chucks, the FLT2 ensures consistent, accurate cuts every time, while the robust 220mm diameter capacity means you're ready to take on larger, more demanding jobs without needing to upgrade. The machine features a fully enclosed structure and light barrier system, meeting strict Class 4 Laser Safety standards to protect operators and maintain a clean, controlled working environment.

Though it comes as standard without auto-loading or unloading, it includes the option to add a loading system in the future, giving you flexibility to scale production when the time is right. Whether you're cutting short production runs or high-volume batches, the FLT2 delivers clean, high-speed results with minimal waste and maximum precision.

Delivery

We provide free-of-charge delivery of the FLT2 machine. On the Client side, you will need a forklift to unload and position in the workshop. 

After delivery, our engineers will visit the workshop to complete installation, commissioning, and training. This visit will be scheduled separately, based on the client’s availability and the engineer’s schedule.

Don't worry if on first day you may not be very fluent with all operations (most operators cut on their machines in about 1h). We will provide you with our WhatsApp number where engineers will help if stuck or doubt. 

Warranty

  • 5 years on-site parts and labour warranty included.
  • Obligatory maintenance visits every 12 months to keep your machine in top condition, £1,500 + travel time.
