This installation moved quickly. A joinery workshop in Northampton was ready to invest in a Fabertec M2 2030 with drilling capability, but the next batch of new stock wasn’t due to arrive soon enough. Rather than delay production, they chose our ex-demo machine, confident in the condition and quality we maintain across all showroom units.

This machine is fitted with an HQD 9-bit drilling block, arranged on 32mm centres and running at 3200 rpm with 10mm drill bits. The drilling unit allows multiple holes to be completed in a single cycle, making it ideal for cabinet system work, hinge holes, and repetitive panel drilling. It’s a practical solution for workshops producing fitted furniture and bespoke joinery components.

Alongside the drilling capability, the M2 2030 provides a 2000 × 3000mm bed, heavy-duty welded structure, and industrial vacuum hold-down system, giving the stability and accuracy needed for consistent panel processing.
